Divorce Club Event Terms & Conditions

Summary:

  • Content ownership

    Divorce Club retain ownership of any photos, images, diagrams, worksheets, video, audio content created for or as a result of this event.

  • Raw footage

    We will send you raw footage of the event. Edit and use as you see fit.

  • Edited footage

    We will send you final edited versions. You can use and promote as you wish, note this may include DivorceClub branding.

  • Video shorts / Screenshots

    We may create video shorts, these are unlikely to include any links to any services.

  • Your details

    A link to your services / contact details will be displayed during the event.

  • Event offer

    Any promotional 'offer' should be agreed in advance. This might include a landing page, or web link. We need this in advance so we can link to it.

  • Consent

    You confirm that any content you display is either copyright free, or you have the legal right to broadcast in an event like this. And that Divorce Club cannot be held liable for any such content.

  • Cancellation

    In the event that the event is cancelled Divorce Club cannot be held liable for any losses this may incur.

  • Intellectual Property

    Divorce Club retain full ownership and intellectual property of all its products, services, and branding. Your association with Divorce Club does not give any rights to use our assets in other materials.
