Dr Isabelle Hung brings over 15 years experience of working with individuals and couples going through relationship difficulties.
First of all she will discuss why affairs happen according to the research.
Next, the focus of the talk is understanding how to get your confidence back. You will do some guided exercises to help you to reflect on the changes you can make to your life so that you can feel good about yourself again.
Getting your confidence back is a crucial step to overcome the hurt from an affair. We hope you can come and begin to make positive changes.
